ARRIVAL AND CHECK IN

We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of your service to get settled and complete any profile information, and to avoid any reduction in the length of your service. Our reception team will greet you and help you navigate directly to your treatment room.

AGE GUIDELINES

The Spa at Cedarbrook is open to guests 16 years and older.

ATTIRE

A spa robe and slippers will be provided for you upon check-in.

CANCELLATIONS

We ask that cancellations be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance, or 50% of the service will be charged. Same day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service. Please call our team at 206.214.4159 to make changes or cancellations. *Group reservations require 72 hours cancellation notice.

OUR LOCATION

The Spa at Cedarbrook Lodge is located on the first floor of the main lobby.

GRATUITY

An optional 20% gratuity will be added to all spa treatments, 100% of which will be distributed to the providers and personnel taking care of you during your visit. This gratuity can be changed or removed at your discretion.

GIFT CARDS

Give the gift of relaxation. Gift cards may be purchased online or through our Guest Service desk in any denomination and used property wide.

PARKING

Complimentary self-parking is available while at the Spa.

APPOINTMENTS

Appointments can be scheduled online or during operational hours by calling the spa directly at 206.214.4159. Advanced reservations are recommended for weekends and required for those with hotel and spa packages. Please note, Couple's Massages and same day appointments must be booked by calling the Spa. A hotel reservation or a major credit card are required to secure your appointment.
